Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Nard Betker, Paul Aken and Radbod Blank.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Norris closes the distance looking to clinch

and Succom counters with a nice double leg into guard.
We may be looking at a referee standup if the pace doesn't pick up soon.
Succom slows down the pace of the fight, as he sits in guard.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Norris is trying to keep Succom in close.
Succom loading up with the ground and pound but he's missing more than he's landing in this flurry.
Succom has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan.

It looks like we're going to have a standup here. Neither fighter is doing enough on the ground.
A slow jab from Succom misses its intended target.

Norris throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
Norris just misses with a punch to the body.
Norris throws a nice looking combination but Succom bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.
Norris looks for the body kick but Succom saw that one coming.
Norris wants to clinch but Succom slips to the side

and Succom holds on and brings the fighters into a clinch.

Succom turns his back and goes for a hip toss. It's a bit messy but it gets the job done and Succom manages to end up in side control.
Norris wants to escape from the position here - easier said than done!
Norris avoids any damage from the ground and pound of Succom.

Norris is trying to control Succom's posture but Succom avoids it.

Succom connects with a decent looking elbow from side control that caused Norris some visible discomfort.

Succom throws a knee to the body but it doesn't do much damage.

Succom looks up at the clock and then as Norris takes his cue and looks up at the clock too, Succom smacks him right in the chops with a big elbow! How rude!

Succom lands a strong strike to the head of Norris. That's dazed him! Succom looking to finish here. Norris is waving his arms around trying to block but he's hurt badly - Succom lands more strikes and the referee steps in to end the fight!
