The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Tefft throws a hard body shot but it just misses.

Tefft is on the wrong end of a nice combination from Cheol.

Tefft's coach down at Island Top Team was telling us pre-fight that they have been working on Tefft's balance. Obviously they view that as a key factor in the outcome of this fight.
Tefft scores with a nice one two combo and darts back out of range to avoid anything coming in the opposite direction.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Cheol uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Tefft.
Tefft misses with a looping left.

Tefft scores with a sloppy punch to the body. Not much technique there but it did the business.
Tefft throws a right and a left that Cheol avoids nicely.
Tefft throws a nice hook to the body that draws an oooh from the crowd.
Cheol seems to be moving with more speed, compared to his last bout. He must have been working on that in the gym.

Cheol takes a solid shot to the body. That one hurt him but he's trying not to show it.
Tefft lands with a jab that stuns his opponent. Cheol is looking to close the distance but Tefft sees it coming and throws a beautiful knee! Cheol crumbles to the mat and that's all she wrote! Let's hope Cheol is OK because that was naaaaaasty!
