The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
McGee scores with a sloppy right hand. Bower should have avoided that one.
McGee scores with a jab to the jaw.
A nice leg kick lands there from McGee.
Donk. McGee catches Bower right on the button with a cross.
McGee connects with a body shot that sends Bower's belly button to the back.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
A chopping leg kick lands by McGee.
Well, he's not going to score with shots like that. A lazy body kick attempt from McGee.

Bower throws a loose over hand right and dives in with a double leg takedown. McGee tries to sprawl but it's too late and the fighters hit the mat. Bower is in McGee's guard.
If this pace continues, the referee will definitely step in and force a standup.
Bower prevents McGee from getting back to his feet.

McGee manages to escape and get back to his feet.
McGee connects with a lovely jab that went straight through the gap between Bower's hands.
McGee scores with a shot to the body.
McGee lands a nice looking body shot.
McGee bobs and weaves and throws out a fast jab that snaps Bower's head backwards.
McGee feints with a jab and clips Bower right behind the ear with a massive overhand right! Bower is sent crashing into the canvas and McGee leaps in for the kill! Bower tries to get to his feet but McGee is just battering him from every conceivable angle. The ref decides that Bower is in need of a savior and steps in!

In his post fight interview, Poopy McGee started talking himself up. Luckily his charisma kept the crowd on side and gave him a good reception.
