The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Garrison has closed the distance and engaged Mamaril in a clinch.
A nice left hand lands by Garrison.
Mamaril tries to circle away but Garrison has him pinned against the cage.
Mamaril is trying to break the clinch but Garrison has him pressed against the cage.
Mamaril prevents the takedown attempt.
Garrison misses with a knee to the head.
Garrison keeps the fight in the clinch, despite Mamaril's efforts to push away.

Mamaril breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
Garrison shoots in for a takedown but Mamaril shows good takedown defense.
Topacio Mamaril seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Oooooh!!! Mamaril has knocked Garrison down with a huge combo! Mamaril steps away and waves a wobbly Garrison back to his feet! This one might not go much longer!

Garrison is rocked!

It looks like Fredrick Garrison has been cut.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
No joy there for Mamaril, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
Oh Garrison is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Mamaril lunges in with a left hook that violently twists Garrison head around and knocks him out cold! Mamaril hops onto the cage and yells out at the top of his lungs - Yeeeeeeeeaaaaaaaaah! They're showing the replay on the big screens now; that was nasty! I hope one of the photographers got a good shot of it.
