The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Decent striking displayed by Cunha there.
Cunha definitely looks more muscular than last time we saw him fight.
Weidman looks really tired already! That doesn't bode well for a good, competitive fight!
Weidman tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion.
Cunha throws a right and a left that both miss.
Cunha works the jab nicely.

Cunha has managed to clinch.
Cunha looks like he'd prefer to be striking at range right now.
Cunha lands an elbow just above Weidman 's eye.

Cunha pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.
Cunha fails with an attempt to clinch.

Cunha tries to bum rush Weidman with a series of wild strikes but Weidman uses good footwork to avoid the assault.
Cunha tries to clinch up but Weidman circles away and keeps his distance.
Cunha tries to close the distance and clinch up but Weidman swats him away and circles back towards the center.
Cunha lands with a shot to the body.
Cunha lets loose with a powerful body kick. Weidman will feel that in the morning.
Cunha bobs and weaves and then throws a good body kick.

Cunha lands a nice shot to the body.

Cunha lands a big head kick that sends Weidman tumbling to the mat! Cunha takes a step backwards and waves Weidman back to his feet - he wants the finish!

It looks like Chris Weidman has been cut.
A decent looking body kick lands there for Cunha.
Weidman is still on wobbly legs! Can Cunha finish him?

Cunha drives through and clinches with Weidman against the ropes.
Cunha lands a glancing elbow in the clinch.

Cunha pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.
A kick lands to the mid section there for Cunha.
Cunha tries to clinch up against the ropes, rushing in to close the distance. Weidman manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat.
Cunha scores with a slapping inside leg kick.
Cunha weaves into range and cracks Weidman right on the temple with a beautiful overhand right! Weidman goes down! He's out cold! Wow, what a beautiful knockout! Cunha is strutting round the canvas like a movie star as the camera bulbs flash frantically.
