The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Hatake scores with a head kick. Vasiljok tried to block it but didn't get his arm up in time.
Hatake stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Hatake wants it to stay on the feet.
Vasiljok tries to score a power double leg takedown but Hatake sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Vasiljok somewhat.
