Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Misuaksual Ropuitururapthlaka (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and John Jackson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Ropuitururapthlaka kept the crowd waiting but all that was forgotten when his ring entrance music started. The incomparable musical genius that is One - Metallica. Both fighters look pumped up here. Let's hope this is a good fight!

Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 10 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, John Jackson!
The judges for this bout are Damien Edna, Darius Henderson and Donatello Bradman.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Ropuitururapthlaka misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out.
Jackson throws a looping overhand right but Ropuitururapthlaka ducks down to avoid it.
Jackson swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
Ropuitururapthlaka has a takedown stuffed.
Jackson stuns Ropuitururapthlaka with a nice body shot, before stepping back out of range.
Jackson tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in to close the distance. Ropuitururapthlaka manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat.
The crowd cheers as Jackson lands an impressive looking overhand right. Ropuitururapthlaka doesn't seem phased though.

This is turning into a torrid day at the office for Ropuitururapthlaka. He's trying desperately to land a takedown but he's failing miserably and getting slapped silly on the feet to compound his misery.

The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!

Jackson working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Ropuitururapthlaka doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Ropuitururapthlaka manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem.

Oh Ropuitururapthlaka is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!

Jackson dips a shoulder and cracks Ropuitururapthlaka with a mighty uppercut! Ropuitururapthlaka falls back against the cage and Jackson unloads with a barrage of strikes! Ropuitururapthlaka is completely out with his eyes open, only supported by the cage! Save him ref! Eventually the ref decides to do his job and jumps in - Jackson screams abuse at the incompetent official before going over to celebrate with his corner. Brutal stuff!
