PBP Commentary

Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Adam Lawless (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Extreme KO (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Lawless's ring entrance music is that housewives' favourite, Pantera - Walk. We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
The fight stays on the outside here - KO looks like he's thinking about clinching though.
Horrible takedown by KO or perhaps it was just good defense by Lawless which made him look bad.
KO showing good head movement there, avoiding the strikes from Lawless.

Lawless shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Oh and he's advanced to full mount straight away.
Lawless will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions.

Lawless is staying calm and holding on to the back position, whilst working on a rear naked choke. KO is defending well though. Lawless let's go of the attempt for now.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.
KO tries to escape the position.

KO just trying to survive but Lawless is wriggling into a better position, looking to finish.

A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Lawless.
KO is looking to take this fight into the clinch.
Lawless keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl.
Lawless lands a jab to KO's midsection.
KO throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Lawless's waist but Lawless gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing KO off to one side.

Lawless really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.

KO is looking to stand back up but Lawless counters by passing into half guard. Oops... bit sloppy there by KO.

Lawless postures up a little and throws a couple of hammerfists but they don't connect properly.

A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace.
Lawless has control of an arm but KO manages to advance to Lawless's back!

Lawless working for the rear naked choke here. He's got one arm under but KO is defending well. A couple of punches soften him up though and Lawless has tightened the hold! This one could be all over! It is! KO taps out!
