Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Frederick Mayer (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Andrej Sofronekov (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Andrej Sofronekov!
The judges for this bout are Igor Prikhodko, Aleksandr Martynov and Valeri Chadov.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Mayer looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Sofronekov is fending him off so far but Mayer persists. Nope, Sofronekov circles away and we're back to standing.
Mayer really is a fat lump.

Mayer is looking to get back to his feet but can't, whilst Sofronekov is controlling him.

Mayer dives in and grabs Sofronekov's left leg, looking for a takedown. Sofronekov pushes down on Mayer's head and hops out.

Sofronekov takes a little breather and maintains the position. The referee will be looking for him to stay active from such a dominant position though.

Andrej Sofronekov comfortably won the final round on my scorecard.
Well Sofronekov has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
