PBP Commentary

Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Mr Bradshaw (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Ben Handeson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Handeson has chosen Go Hard as his entrance music, which hasn't gone down very well with the crowd. We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Bradshaw tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Handeson swivels and escapes.
Bradshaw looks to land a combination but Handeson avoids it well.
Bradshaw shoots for a double leg takedown but Handeson sprawls well. He's pushed Bradshaw's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.
Handeson misses with a series of wild punches.

Handeson closes the distance and gets a double leg, slamming Bradshaw to the mat! Bradshaw manages to get full guard.

Bradshaw working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Handeson doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Handeson manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem.

The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult.

Despite being in the dominant position, Ben Handeson just isn't active enough and the referee decides to stand the fighters back up.
Handeson throws a nice looking combination but Bradshaw bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.

Mr Bradshaw seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Handeson fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Bradshaw, pushing him back against the cage.

Bradshaw escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Handeson gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.

Bradshaw is looking to sinch up a triangle. Handeson throws the leg off to one side though and gets in tight to Bradshaw's body to avoid the submission. Bradshaw has instead reached around Handeson's neck and now has a guillotine! Oh, this is biiiig trouble! Bradshaw arches his back and squeezes and forces the tap from his hapless opponent.
