The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Florence drives through with a really nice takedown into side control.
The referee is pacing around the two fighters - he looks like he's thinking about a standup.
Florence in side control lands a decent elbow.
Yurkov tries to work a leg under to get back to half guard but Florence wriggles his own leg back out and remains in side control.

Florence wants to work for a kimura but he's foiled early by Yurkov, who protects the arm well.
Florence is looking to take a break and control but Yurkov is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom.
You can see the frustration on Yurkov's face, being in this tough position on the bottom.
A lull in the action here as Florence stalls from top position.

Yurkov tries to get back to half guard but can't.
Sloppy strikes there by Florence.
Yurkov is sneaking out the side here. He's bucked Florence off and has taken his back!
Florence is defending well here and trying to improve his position.

Florence has hold of Yurkov's leg, trying to break free but it's let Yurkov lock up a rear naked choke! This could be big trouble! Florence is turning an unusual color here… he's out! Yurkov throws him to one side and jumps onto the ropes to celebrate with his fans.
