Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Remington Wyatt (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Trent Boyette (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). The atmosphere really building for this one as we go over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Michael Johnstone, Peter Branson and Bart Greer.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Boyette goes for a high kick. It partially lands.
Wyatt takes a swing at Boyette's ribcage but misses.
Wyatt cracks Boyette with a good shot that sees him stumbling back into the cage.

It looks like Trent Boyette has been cut.
Boyette displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Wyatt throws out the jab.
Boyette tries to clinch
and Boyette takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles.
Boyette lands a jab followed by a nice looking cross.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Wyatt rushes in with a sloppy looking punch
and Boyette counters with an inside leg kick.
Boyette swings wildly with a couple of big hooks
and Wyatt counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.
Boyette throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent Wyatt stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly.
Boyette tries to clinch but Wyatt moves away

and Wyatt counters with a crisp one two that drops Boyette! Wyatt thinks about following him to the mat for a moment but instead steps back and waves Boyette to his feet! Boyette is in big trouble!

Boyette is rocked!
Boyette moves out of range of the strikes.
Boyette is still on wobbly legs! Can Wyatt finish him?
Boyette darts in trying to clinch
and Wyatt counters with a series of strikes that practically lifts Boyette off his feet! He tumbles backwards, his head bouncing off the mat - Wyatt follows up with more strikes before the ref can step in but Boyette was out before he hit the floor.

Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:44 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Strikes). Remington Wyatt!
A relieved looking Remington Wyatt thanked the fans for their support and gave the usual line about them being amazing. They seemed to believe that he actually meant it.
