PBP Commentary

Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Tito Santana (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Kitsune Tsuki (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Kitsune Tsuki told me before the fight that he's been watching a lot of DVDs so let's see if that helps him in this one! I can't wait to find out!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Tsuki defends well against a solid takedown attempt from Santana.
Tsuki closes the distance but Santana moves to the side

and Santana counters with a shoot takedown into half guard.
The referee is pacing around the two fighters - he looks like he's thinking about a standup.

Tsuki looking for submissions off his back.
Santana prevents Tsuki from improving his position.
Both fighters really going for it on the ground here!

Tsuki is looking to sinch up a guillotine here but Santana pulls his head out easily.
Tsuki tries to get to full guard but Santana has control of the leg.
Santana wants to pass to mount but Tsuki is defending the position.
Santana passes to side control.
Santana lands a knee to the body and a forearm to the face.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Tsuki tries to bench press Santana off him but Santana keeps the position.
Tsuki prevents Santana from improving position.

Santana in side control, working for a kimura. He's got hold of an arm and he's torquing it... Tsuki is tapping! That's the end of the fight!
