Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Michael Jenkins (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Theodore Arsene Peroche (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Jenkins kept the crowd waiting but all that was forgotten when his ring entrance music started. The incomparable musical genius that is Wish It Never Happened. Peroche has chosen Down with the sickness as his entrance music, which hasn't gone down very well with the crowd. Theodore Arsene Peroche is the more experienced fighter, so let's see if that makes a difference tonight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Jenkins fails with the takedown.
Peroche stuffs the takedown.
Jenkins takes an uppercut right on the jaw but it doesn't phase him.
Jenkins closes the distance and takes a jab right on the nose as he does so.

Peroche fakes an overhand right and shoots for a takedown. Jenkins sprawls well initially but Peroche persists and gets the takedown into half guard.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

The two fighters exchange a few words. I couldn't hear what they were saying but maybe it's more fun if you make it up yourself. Peroche connects with a nice short shot to Jenkins's temple.
Well, if Peroche is going to just lie there, perhaps we should talk about what we're having for dinner tonight… I'm having a ham and pineapple pizza… Yum. Can't wait.

Peroche is riding his opponent, not letting Jenkins buck him off.

Jenkins has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Peroche can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.

The referee decides to stand the fighters back up.
Jenkins has his takedown stuffed
and Peroche counters with a left and a right that stings Jenkins.

Peroche feints and as Jenkins raises his hands in defense, Peroche changes levels and drives through with a takedown into guard.

Jenkins is rocked!
Peroche postures up and lands some nice ground and pound.
Oh Jenkins is still in real trouble! Will he be able to recover?!!
Peroche postures up from his opponent's guard, before exploding into some vicious ground and pound! Jenkins covers up, he's hurt! Peroche keeps throwing the strikes, glancing at the referee... Will he stop it?? One more big shot from Peroche and the ref steps in to end the fight! Peroche can't hide his delight as he celebrates with his corner.
