Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Gustavo Oliveira (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Tetsuya Kuroko (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Oliveira has a slight injury, which hopefully won't affect the fight too much. Tetsuya Kuroko has the eye of the tiger tonight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Kuroko tries to sprawl but Oliveira drives through with a takedown into half guard.
We may be looking at a referee standup if the pace doesn't pick up soon.
Kuroko wants to get back to full guard.
Kuroko preventing any damage for now, controlling his opponent's head.
Oliveira is keen to just control but Kuroko is a slippery customer.
Kuroko is looking for a sweep. Oliveira is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position.
Oliveira wants to stand up but Kuroko has a hold of him and won't allow it.
We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Kuroko can do anything to dispel that myth.
Oliveira is breathing heavily.

Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up.
Kuroko leaves Oliveira with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt.
Oliveira doesn't react quick enough there as he takes a shot to the body.

Kuroko pushes Oliveira up against the cage in a clinch.

Kuroko ties up his opponent against the cage and manages to drag the fight down to the ground. Kuroko no doubt will be looking to work submissions from his guard.
Kuroko has a closed guard, preventing anything of note from happening. Perhaps he's looking to stall.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Kuroko is looking for a triangle but Oliveira pushes his legs off easily.
Oliveira might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground.
Kuroko wants to control here, rather than go for any submissions from the bottom. At least for now.
Oliveira throws a strike but Kuroko rolls with it and manages to sweep. Now he's in guard on top.

Tetsuya Kuroko has forced the referee to step in and restart the fight on the feet.
Kuroko throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Oliveira.

Oliveira seems a little lost for a moment, as Kuroko dominates the positioning.

Kuroko really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Oliveira. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.

Kuroko stands up and we're back to a striking position.
Oliveira throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.

Kuroko has hold of one of Oliveira's legs. Oliveira is fighting the takedown attempt but Kuroko gets the trip and lands the takedown into guard.
This has been an exciting period of action!

Oliveira is looking for a guillotine. You can't force these things though and Kuroko defends well.

Oliveira isolates an arm and boxes in a triangle. Kuroko stacks Oliveira on his neck as he steps over and passes to the side. He's now in a much more dominant position where he can look to do some serious damage. Nice move by Kuroko!
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.

Kuroko goes for an armbar here - this could be all over! But no, Oliveira has escaped beautifully and is now on top in side control! Oh, that's unlucky for Kuroko but great work by Oliveira.

Kuroko swings around for an armbar but it's a sloppy attempt and Oliveira is now in Kuroko's guard. A big mistake from Kuroko there, giving up the dominant position!

Kuroko wants to work for a kimura but he's foiled early by Oliveira, who protects the arm well.

Oliveira throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Kuroko's waist but Kuroko gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Oliveira off to one side.

Tetsuya Kuroko comfortably won the final round on my scorecard.
Well Kuroko has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
