The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Grozni looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight.

Rodrigo throws a looping overhand right but Grozni ducks down to avoid it.

It looks like Robert Lee Rodrigo has been cut.

Grozni fakes a jab and throws a low kick but Rodrigo checks it well.

Grozni throws a low kick, looking for Rodrigo's leg but Rodrigo calmly moves out of range.
Rodrigo's jab looks to have found its range, popping Grozni under the eye.
Grozni throws a hook but Rodrigo avoids it easily.
Ivan Grozni is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
Rodrigo cracks Grozni with a good shot that sees him stumbling back into the cage.
Rodrigo throws a body kick, spinning off balance
and Grozni counters with a two punch combo.
Rodrigo throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Nice sprawl there from Grozni as Rodrigo shoots in.
Grozni ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Rodrigo moves away.

The crowd cheers as Rodrigo lands an impressive looking overhand right. Grozni doesn't seem phased though.

Rodrigo has used his reach advantage pretty well so far tonight.

Rodrigo throws out a loose jab but Grozni uses good head movement to avoid it.
Rodrigo misses with an uppercut. Grozni saw that one coming.
Rodrigo misses with a looping left.
Rodrigo plants his feet and throws a brutal three punch combo that sends Grozni swiftly into unconsciousness! Right, left, right! Boom, boom, boom! Grozni face plants, battered and bloodied! He might never be the same again after that finish!

Robert Lee Rodrigo was full of energy after the big win and talked about how he thinks he can do big things in this sport. The crowd were appreciative of his determination to succeed.
