Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Yung Jack (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and William Pearson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). William Pearson acknowledges the crowd's support as he enters the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Yung Jack!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 2 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, William Pearson!
The judges for this bout are Ren Mimura, Shirou Masuda and Sosuke Kotani.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Jack dives in for a single leg takedown but Pearson sprawls and the fighters end up clinched against the cage.
Jack is trying to pull guard but Pearson has him pressed against the cage.

Pearson breaks the clinch.
Pearson circles away from the clinch attempt.
No luck with that takedown attempt from Jack.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Yung Jack. That's going to take a lot out of him.

Jack scores with a jab to the body.
Pearson looks winded!
Jack tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in to close the distance. Pearson manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat.
Jack shoots in for a takedown but Pearson shows good takedown defense.

Jack is trying to slow down the pace in the clinch, to catch his breath.
Jack tries to pull guard but can't drag his opponent to the mat. Pearson just stands there and leans against the cage.
Pearson throws a nice elbow but it doesn't land.

Jack pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.
Jack tries to close the distance and clinch up but Pearson swats him away and circles back towards the center.
Pearson fakes a jab and then connects with a hook.

Pearson gets a clinch.
Both fighters working to control the clinch.
Jack tries to pull guard but can't drag his opponent to the mat. Pearson just stands there and leans against the cage.

Pearson pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.
Jack just misses with a punch to the body.

Pearson shoots in for a takedown! He's got it and he's managed to land in side control! That's better than Pearson was expecting from the takedown attempt, I'm sure!

Jack is trying to improve his position.

Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Jack tries to control but end up mounted... ooooh, that's bad.

Jack tries to lock up and control but Pearson gives him a forearm to the face and pushes him away.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily.

You get the feeling that Jack really doesn't like being in this position too much.
Pearson avoids the attempt from Jack to control.
Jack is looking to get to half guard.
Jack tries to lock up and control but Pearson gives him a forearm to the face and pushes him away.
Jack looks to be in better condition than last time we saw him fight. Obviously he's been working hard on his cardio.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
Pearson controlling the pace for now.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

A close round but William Pearson will probably get the nod.
The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business.

Jack breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.
Pearson stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Pearson wants it to stay on the feet.
Jack is looking to clinch but Pearson is avoiding it.

Pearson ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Jack moves away.
A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Jack.

Jack tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Pearson swivels and escapes.
The fighters circle momentarily. Jack darts into range and connects with a nice straight punch.

Pearson has closed the distance and engaged Jack in a clinch.

Jack breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.

Jack cracks Pearson with a big right hand that sends him crashing to the floor. Jack has the opportunity to follow him to the ground but instead he's beckoning Pearson to stand back up!
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Jack lands a right hook to the body.
Jack tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Pearson paws at him with a jab and circles away.
No luck with that takedown attempt from Jack.
Pearson displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from Jack.
Pearson throws a head kick that half lands.
Pearson takes a body punch but keeps moving.
Jack throws a right and a left that both miss.
Jack tries to bum rush Pearson with a series of wild strikes but Pearson uses good footwork to avoid the assault.

Pearson is looking to get back to his feet but can't, whilst Jack is controlling him.

It looks like William Pearson has been cut.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Jack goes for a double leg but Pearson avoids the attempt and the two fighters end up clinched against the cage as Pearson continues to drive forward.
Pearson is still on wobbly legs! Can Jack finish him?

Jack's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.
Jack fails to land the takedown.

A kick lands to the mid section there for Jack.
Pearson seems to have recovered his senses.
Jack moves away from the strike by Pearson.
Jack will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts.

Pearson gets a double leg takedown into Jack's guard.
Jack knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Pearson on the ground.

Pearson slows down the pace of the fight for a moment. He'll need to remain active if he doesn't want to see the fight stood back up.

That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action. The crowd applaud as we get ready to start the final round!

Jack jumps guard but his hands slip and he falls flat on his back. Well, he's made himself look a right mug there, as Pearson walks away with a smile on his face. Jack gets slowly back to his feet and shakes his head.
Both fighters are breathing heavily.
Jack shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Pearson pinned against the cage. Pearson gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.
Pearson throws a body kick but he wasn't in range.

Jack misses with a takedown attempt - Pearson sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses.

and Pearson counters into the clinch. Nicely done.

Pearson ties up his opponent against the cage and manages to drag the fight down to the ground. Pearson no doubt will be looking to work submissions from his guard.

Jack throws an elbow that misses. Pearson uses the momentum to reverse the position. He's now in Jack's guard. Nice move by Pearson!

Jack is looking to stand back up... there's a bit of a scramble and Pearson dives into side control.
Pearson works to advance to full mount. Jack defends for a few seconds but eventually he succumbs.

Pearson has his opponent pinned against the cage, landing some nasty ground and pound that is really making a bit of a mess out of Jack's face.

Pearson tucks in and makes sure he doesn't lose the dominant position.
Jack is desperately trying to improve his position but Pearson has a good base and remains in mount.

Pearson prevents Jack from getting the reversal.

The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end.

William Pearson comfortably won the final round on my scorecard.
