Moe is bobbing his head along to his entrance song: polly cover my son justin. Tony Abbot has a significant reach advantage - let's see if he can make it count.

Moe takes a hook to the side of the head. I wonder if that's got his ears ringing.

It looks like Bigg Moe has been cut.
Abbot misses with a looping left.
Abbot scores with a punch to the gut of his opponent.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Abbot with a jab.
Abbot shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Moe as he avoids it easily.
Abbot steps in with a hook that catches Moe right on the chin and knocks him to the floor! Abbot follows him down with more strikes and that's all she wrote! Moe looks absolutely devastated.

Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:20 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Tony Abbot!
After the fight, Tony Abbot was humble in paying tribute to his opponent but made it clear he wants to go on to bigger and better things. It seemed to go down well with the crowd who cheered him loudly.
The defeated Bigg Moe had this to say: 'sorry to fans'.
