Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Ray Zero (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Richie Yang (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think Zero might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to Fozzy's "Shine Forever". Ray Zero has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Zero closes the distance and looks for a trip takedown... aaaand he's got it - Zero lands in his opponent's guard.

Yang has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Zero can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Yang tries to lock up and control but Zero gives him a forearm to the face and pushes him away.
Yang might have to switch it up a bit here because his efforts to control Zero haven't been going to plan, at least at the current moment in time.

Yang tries to improve his position but Zero has taken his back! Zero has a choke - it's sunk in pretty tight... Will Yang tap? No... maybe... yes! He's tapped! Zero pushes Yang away and gets up to celebrate with his corner!

A relieved looking Ray Zero thanked the fans for their support and gave the usual line about them being amazing. They seemed to believe that he actually meant it.
