The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Lucas connects with a leg kick. Liddell looked like he was expecting something else and didn't defend it.
Lucas throws a nice outside leg kick.
Ouch! a nice leg kick from Lucas, right into the meat.
Lucas dances in quickly and lands a nice inside leg kick on Liddell. That did some damage!
Lucas lands with a thumping leg kick.
Lucas throws a head kick that Liddell semi-blocks.

It looks like Chuck Liddell has been cut.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Liddell takes a jab right on the kisser.
Liddell on the receiving end of a decent leg kick there by Lucas. Lucas obviously looking to wear him down.
Lucas connects with a body shot.
Liddell takes a body kick right on the floating rib. Ouchie.
Liddell is breathing heavily.
Liddell wants to clinch.
Lucas throws a sloppy head kick and Liddell moves out of range easily.

Lucas drops Liddell with a big left hand! Liddell is injured, injured bad! Lucas jumps in and finished him with strikes! The fight is over!

Travis Lucas decided to go for the less than humble approach in his post fight interview, telling everyone how he is going to conquer the world. The crowd seemed to like it when really that sort of approach could have gone either way.
