The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Demonyo tries to clinch
and dAnconia counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.
Demonyo moves to clinch but dAnconia breaks away
and dAnconia counters with a lovely shot to the body.
Demonyo uses good footwork to avoid the strikes from dAnconia.
dAnconia thuds a left hand into Demonyo's body.
Alvin Demonyo seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Demonyo moves to clinch but dAnconia breaks away
and Demonyo takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles.
Demonyo closes the distance looking to clinch
and dAnconia counters with a shot to the ribs. That looked like it hurt.

and dAnconia cracks him with a counter punch right on the button.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
dAnconia lands a powerful looking uppercut that connected with his opponent's jaw.
Demonyo darts in trying to clinch
and dAnconia counters with a shot to the ribs. That looked like it hurt.

and dAnconia counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head.

Demonyo is rocked!
dAnconia throws a pinpoint strike between Demonyo's hands that connects right on the jaw and sends Demonyo crashing to the floor! He's out before he even hits the mat and dAnconia scores a great knockout victory!
