With a record of 2 - 0 - 0, fighting out of London, Justin Timber!
The judges for this bout are Andrew Berry, William Gold and Richard Clark.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Mitchell fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt.
Mitchell closes the distance and clinches up with Timber, looking for a takedown. Mitchell pushes Timber against the cage but Timber circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.
Mitchell throws an overhand right that lands on Timber's shoulder, as Timber tries to avoid the shot.
Timber takes a hook to the side of the head. I wonder if that's got his ears ringing.
Mitchell steps to the side to avoid the strikes from Timber.
Mitchell misses with a takedown

and Timber counters into the clinch. Nicely done.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for SJ Mitchell . That's going to take a lot out of him.
Mitchell is trying to break the clinch but Timber has him pressed against the cage.
Mitchell is trying to drag Timber to the mat but Timber just about manages to keep his footing. He used the cage to his advantage there.

Timber is fighting off a takedown attempt but Mitchell is just too persistent for him and manages to trip Timber to the mat. Timber regains guard as soon as the fighters hit the mat.
Mitchell won't allow Timber to sweep him here.
Timber really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Mitchell . If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.

We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Timber can do anything to dispel that myth.
The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily.

Mitchell throwing elbows and punches but not connecting, as Timber works some decent striking defense from the bottom.

Timber looking to control the pace of the fight rather than finish it.
Mitchell slips effortlessly into side control - very nice.
Timber is looking to reverse the position.

Mitchell stands up and beckons Timber to his feet.
Mitchell looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Timber is fending him off so far but Mitchell persists. Nope, Timber circles away and we're back to standing.
The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end.
Mitchell closes the distance and clinches up with Timber, looking for a takedown. Mitchell pushes Timber against the cage but Timber circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.

Timber has closed the distance and engaged Mitchell in a clinch.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

SJ Mitchell dominated that round.
OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action.


Timber tried to score with a low kick but Mitchell checks it.
Mitchell looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily.

SJ Mitchell overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far.
Mitchell thumps the canvas. Not on purpose obviously - he just missed Timber's head.
Mitchell has freed up his trapped foot and advances to mount.
It really doesn't seem like the step up in weight is hurting Mitchell here at all. He's more than holding his own against the bigger man.

Mitchell is giving the impression that he's looking to ground and pound but he switches suddenly into a beautiful far side armbar! Timber is forced to tap! Great finish!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:58 of round 2, we have a winner by way of Submission (Armbar). SJ Mitchell !
After the fight, SJ Mitchell was humble in paying tribute to his opponent but made it clear he wants to go on to bigger and better things. It seemed to go down well with the crowd who cheered him loudly.
