Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Andrzej Zarucha (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Nick Evans (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

The judges for this bout are Jonathan Paton, David Schapiro and Alyssa Summers.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Evans misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from Zarucha.
Zarucha scores with a nice strike.
Evans misses with an attempted mid kick.
Evans throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
Good work by Zarucha as he checks the leg kick.
Zarucha throws the left hand but Evans avoids the punch easily.
Evans tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Zarucha swivels and escapes.
Zarucha lands a glancing blow to the side of Evans's head.
Zarucha throws a right and a left that Evans avoids nicely.
Zarucha doesn't manage to clinch there - Evans circles away.
Both fighters are looking to counter, which isn't making for the most exciting fight in the world.
Evans slips under a jab from Zarucha.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Zarucha throws a looping overhand right but Evans ducks down to avoid it.
Evans throws a hard body shot but it just misses.

Zarucha pushes Evans up against the cage in a clinch.
Evans's coach down at Morbid Conditioning School $350 was telling us pre-fight that they have been working on Evans's balance. Obviously they view that as a key factor in the outcome of this fight.

Evans manages to pull guard. Let's see whether he can land a sub off his back.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Zarucha trying to stand up but can't free himself from Evans's guard.

Evans looking to try and escape his hips here, looking for a submission. It looks like he's going for a triangle but Zarucha is defending well. Evans quickly switches to an armbar and extends the arm! Zarucha has no choice but to tap, to a very quick submission! Wow, that was lightning fast! Evans celebrates on the cage, with the crowd.

A relieved looking Nick Evans thanked the fans for their support and gave the usual line about them being amazing. They seemed to believe that he actually meant it.
