Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Block is looking to clinch but One is avoiding it.
Block shoots in but doesn't get the takedown

and One moves into the clinch.
Block prevents a takedown attempt there.
Block makes some space for himself and lands an uppercut.
Block stops a takedown attempt from One.
Block misses with an elbow strike.
One has Block pressed up against the cage and is working for takedown. Block manages to improve position though and keeps the fight standing.

One has been taking part in the yoga sessions down at Weed Nation. Presumably he's going to look for a slick submission... Or maybe he's looking to avoid one.
Block is breathing heavily.
One working some ground and pound from close in. He's looking to maintain this position and strike for a while by the looks of things... although he'll probably advance to full mount in a minute now I've said that.
Block wants to control but One is keeping busy.

One takes a deep breath and rests his weight momentarily on top of his opponent, to control the position.

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Block won't allow One to pass to mount.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

One is looking for a kimura. It's going to be difficult to finish that from half guard though and Block defends it well.

One is thinking about going for an arm triangle but he can't free his leg.

The two fighters exchange a few words. I couldn't hear what they were saying but maybe it's more fun if you make it up yourself. One connects with a nice short shot to Block 's temple.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.

One has hold of a leg and is looking for a trip takedown. Block avoids it nicely though and we remain in the clinch.
One wants to take the fight to the mat but Block manages to get underhooks and keep the fight in the clinch.
