Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between john appleseed (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Max Terrell (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). appleseed comes to the cage accompanied by To Hell and Back. Terrell has chosen Waking the Demon as his entrance music. Max Terrell is the more experienced fighter, so let's see if that makes a difference tonight.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Stewart Dunkirk, Alan Glass and Chris Downing.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

appleseed gets a takedown into half guard.
appleseed thows a wild elbow that connects with the canvas.
appleseed is looking to advance position but Terrell won't allow it.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Terrell wants to get back to his feet.
Terrell trying to control but appleseed postures up.
Terrell looks like he's trying to stand up.
appleseed tries to pass to full mount but Terrell defends it.
Both fighters really going for it on the ground here!

Neither fighter is doing enough for the referee's liking and he's decided to stand them back up.
Terrell with a poor takedown

and appleseed counters with a nice double leg into half guard.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
appleseed prevents Terrell from improving his position.

appleseed is looking for a kimura here.
appleseed wants to pass to mount but Terrell is defending the position.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Terrell gets full guard.

appleseed is trying to tuck his arms in to keep them safe but Terrell has managed to isolate one of them and has got a loose triangle. appleseed is looking to defend but Terrell has done well to lock his legs together - this could be big trouble for appleseed ! Terrell pulls down on the head and a little smile comes across his face - he knows he's got it. Yep, appleseed taps out and this one is all over!
