Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Yohn Jrorfenszen (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Toshihiko Sampaio (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). The crowd seem to be enjoying Sampaio's choice of entrance music: Overture 1928. Yohn Jrorfenszen has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Jrorfenszen throws a jab, cross combination which is slipped
and Sampaio counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head.

Jrorfenszen changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Sampaio looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better.
Sampaio felt the need to train up his defensive grappling in the buildup to the fight. Presumably he was expecting to be in a difficult position like this, so let's see if he can get out of it.
Sampaio avoids any damage from the ground and pound of Jrorfenszen.
Jrorfenszen knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Sampaio on the ground.
Sampaio is looking to regain half guard here but Jrorfenszen keeps moving and retains side control.
Jrorfenszen tries to get to his feet but he's trapped momentarily.
You can see the frustration on Sampaio's face, being in this tough position on the bottom.

Jrorfenszen swings around for an armbar but Sampaio sees it coming a mile off and turns beautifully into Jrorfenszen's guard.
Sampaio stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Jrorfenszen swivels though and keeps the full guard.

Sampaio drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Sampaio jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!

Sampaio stops Jrorfenszen from getting back to his feet.
Sampaio is looking to pass the guard... He's managed it - he's now in full mount!

Sampaio is working to isolate an arm here. It's a telegraphed submission attempt but he's gone for it anyway - and he's got it! Sampaio extends the arm and Jrorfenszen is forced to tap!
