Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Steve Longhold (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Knack Wupp (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Longhold rushes Wupp and pushes him back against the cage in a clinch.
Wupp lands a hook to the body. It's hard to tell if that hurt Longhold or not.
Longhold gets underhooks to prevent Wupp's takedown attempt.

Longhold is fighting off a takedown attempt but Wupp is just too persistent for him and manages to trip Longhold to the mat. Longhold regains guard as soon as the fighters hit the mat.

Wupp tries to score a power double leg takedown but Longhold sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Wupp somewhat.
Oooooooooooh, not good. A low kick from Longhold lands where it shouldn't have, right in the... well, you know what he did? He kicked him in the penis. He's injured, injured bad. The referee sends both fighters to their corners and Wupp has 5 minutes to recover. He's OK now though... a thumbs up from Wupp and we're back underway with a touch of gloves.
Longhold throws a right and a left that both miss.
Longhold throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent Wupp stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly.

Wupp looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Longhold is fending him off so far but Wupp persists. Nope, Longhold circles away and we're back to standing.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
You can see the frustration on Wupp's face, being in this tough position on the bottom.
Longhold scores with a couple of nice shots to the head there. The referee takes a look at Wupp to see if he's OK.

Longhold is nestled in close to Wupp, controlling him well. He's worked in a nice elbow to the side of the head as well, for good measure.

The referee walks around the fighters to get a better view of the action. Longhold lands a nice short elbow.

Wupp has a hand on Longhold's thigh, trying to get back to full guard. Longhold takes advantage of the position though and mounts him!
Wupp tries to lock up and control but Longhold gives him a forearm to the face and pushes him away.

Longhold pausing momentarily but resumes with a couple of decent strikes that do a bit of damage.

Wupp is rocked!
Wupp takes a big shot to the dome and his eyes have rolled back in his head! Longhold's killer instinct has kicked in as he finishes the fight with more strikes. Impressive finish.

A relieved looking Steve Longhold thanked the fans for their support and gave the usual line about them being amazing. They seemed to believe that he actually meant it.
