Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Paul Gruel, Chris Saunders and Josh West.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Boom, another hit is landed. "You're gunna get knocked out" taunts Baco, as that shot connected.
Silva looking to take his opponent's legs away with the low kicks.
Baco has been talking about how he's improved his wrestling in the run up to the fight so let's see if that's enough to sway the balance.
The fighters circling - Silva throws out the jab but it was never going to land.
Baco throws a hook to the side of Silva's head but Silva sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully.
A punch combination from Baco misses.
Baco throws a right and a left that both miss.
Madi Baco seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Baco will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.

Baco has closed the distance and engaged Silva in a clinch.
Silva pushes off and fires off an elbow that misses, before clinching up again, against the cage.
Baco lands a knee to the head.
Silva wants to push off and get back to the center of the mat but Baco has him pressed against the cage.

Silva misses with an elbow strike.
Baco lands an uppercut in the clinch that drops Silva to his knees! Baco keeps firing more shots against his stricken opponent and the referee jumps in to save him!

Madi Baco decided to go for the less than humble approach in his post fight interview, telling everyone how he is going to conquer the world. The crowd seemed to like it when really that sort of approach could have gone either way.
