and Spartan counters with a series of strikes. Batista will be more careful next time no doubt.
Spartan has been talking about how he's improved his wrestling in the run up to the fight so let's see if that's enough to sway the balance.

Batista throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Spartan's waist but Spartan gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Batista off to one side.
