The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Sinclair takes the fight into the clinch.
Sinclair is looking for a takedown.
Masters avoids a wild elbow strike from Sinclair.

Masters is trying to maintain a safe position but Sinclair gets an underhook and turns Masters into the cage.

Masters has dropped down and is looking to force the takedown but it's defended by Sinclair after a bit of a struggle.
Sinclair has Masters pressed up against the cage and is working for takedown. Masters manages to improve position though and keeps the fight standing.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Masters stands and throws Sinclair's legs to the side, diving into side control.

Masters wants to work for a kimura but he's foiled early by Sinclair, who protects the arm well.

Masters is working for what looks like an arm triangle here. Sinclair is trying to escape and Masters transitions quickly into an armbar! He's slapped it on tight and Sinclair is forced to tap! Nice work there by Masters! Very nice indeed!
