Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between He Who Must Not Be Named (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Nick Nova (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Nova has chosen Billy Talent "River Below as his entrance music. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Be Named tries to clinch up but Nova circles away and keeps his distance.

Nova has taken the fight to the clinch.

Be Named is trying to drag Nova to the mat but Nova just about manages to keep his footing. He used the cage to his advantage there.

Nova pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.

Be Named thinks about going for a leg but decides against it, in order to maintain the position.
Be Named tries to free his leg and advance position but Nova is retaining full guard.

Be Named is trying to work for a kimura. He's got his hands clasped together - this could be trouble! No, Nova has managed to free his arm - good work.
Nova tries to kick Be Named off but Be Named keeps his base steady and stays in half guard.

Be Named wants to finish this one by submission but Nova is holding onto his waist, trying to prevent any attacks from Be Named.

Be Named goes for an armbar but Nova turns quickly into his guard - lovely anticipation from Nova.
Nova postures up in Be Named's guard and throws a big left but Be Named blocks it.

Be Named has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Nova can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.

Be Named is working actively off his back, looking to secure an arm or perhaps work for a triangle.

Be Named is working an open guard so Nova takes the opportunity to get back to his feet.
Nova shoots in but doesn't get the takedown

Nova is working from a closed guard but he's struggling to control his opponent.

Be Named postures up as if he's going to throw some strikes but drops back for an ankle! Nova is in big trouble! He looks ready to tap! But no, he's escaped and dives on top of Be Named, into his guard.

Nova gets to his feet and steps away from his opponent.

The fight moves into the clinch position.

Be Named stops Nova from standing up.

Be Named sizes up Nova with a pawing jab and scores with a straight right down the middle.
Nova wants to slow Be Named down by chopping away at his legs.
Nova pushes Be Named away with a front kick.

Be Named shoots in for a takedown and gets it.
The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end.

This one could be over very soon! Nova goes limp - he's gone! Be Named jumps up and celebrates with the crowd - fantastic submission finish!
