Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
4 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Egon Wildfang!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Peaches Cream!
The judges for this bout are Jack Bonds, and Frank Antenori.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Wildfang gets in close and instigates a clinch.
Wildfang turns his hips and lands a very nice judo throw into side control!
Wildfang wants to work for a kimura but he's foiled early by Cream, who protects the arm well.
Wildfang moving around in side mount but really he's just happy to control for now.
Cream is not content to let Wildfang control the position.
Wildfang is looking to finish here, going for an Americana. Cream knows the correct defense though, so he's OK.
Wildfang has knee on belly and moves into mount.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Wildfang goes for an armbar but he's fallen flat on his backside there and now Cream is on top in guard.
Wildfang had isolated an arm as going for an omaplata. Cream is defending the submission well but is in a very vulnerable position. Wildfang Is leaning forward trying to finish the omaplata but decides to abandon it, and take Cream's back instead.
Cream is trying to stand back up.

Cream rolls, trying to escape but Wildfang keeps control of the position.

Wildfang is working for the rear naked choke. He has one arm under the chin but Cream has hold of the other arm. A bit of a stalemate here.

Wildfang is looking for the choke from the back position but Cream is controlling his hands well.
The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily.

Cream wants to control his opponent's hands but Wildfang gets his hands free.
Cream is staying cool under pressure, defending well against the rear naked choke attempt from his opponent.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Cream trying to get back to his feet but Wildfang is in full control for now.
Wildfang is working for the choke. He's slipped one arm under the chin. Cream has to defend the other arm for all he's worth... but Wildfang has managed to get that arm free too and he's tightening the choke! Cream taps out and looks absolutely disgusted with himself. Wildfang doesn't care though - he's delighted!
