Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The judges for this bout are Matti Vanhoillinen, Marco Blurström and Arvi Lind.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Harris looks for the body kick but Burks saw that one coming.
Burks pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Burks tries a low kick but Harris avoids it.
Harris throws a half hearted mid kick.
Burks checks the leg kick.
Burks misses with a body shot
and Harris counters with a nice body shot.
Harris forces Burks back against the cage and clinches.
Burks's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.
Harris tries to score with an inside leg kick but telegraphs it and Burks is able to avoid easily.
Burks tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Harris swivels and escapes.
Burks blocks a head kick by Harris.
Harris throws a leg kick but Burks moved away.
Burks closes the distance and presses his opponent up against the cage.
Burks drags the fight down to the ground.

Burks is looking to get back to his feet but can't, whilst Harris is controlling him.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Harris wants to control from the top but Burks keeps moving.
Harris would like to get this fight back to the feet but can't get free from the closed guard.
Harris slips nicely into half guard.
Burks trying to hold on to Harris's head to control him but Harris postures up.

Harris seems to be working for a kimura but Burks defends the submission attempt.
Burks might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground.
Burks is not content to let Harris control the position.
Harris prevents Burks from standing back up.
Harris wants to lay and pray for a moment but Burks keeps working.
Harris has freed up his trapped foot and advances to mount.

Burks defends a decent attempt at a guillotine from Harris.
Harris has hold of Burks's left arm, perhaps looking for a submission. The two fighters tussle over control of the isolated limb and Burks manages to get his arm back to his side and away from danger.

Burks tries to hold on but Harris postures up.
Harris sends his fist crashing into the mat - the crowd let out a collective ooooooh. Let's hope he's not broken it!

Harris looking for a guillotine from mount but Burks is having none of it.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Burks is squirming around, avoiding Harris's attempts to control the action.
Burks tries to get back to half guard but can't.
Harris wants to get back to his feet but Burks is holding on tight.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
Burks holding onto his opponent's waist for dear life, as Harris tries to land some strikes to get him to release his grip.
Harris working for a guillotine from mount but Burks is in no mood to give up.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Cal Harris dominated that round.
That's time! Burks's corner gives him a slap on the ass as he gets ready to fight.
Harris throws a head kick that misses.
Cal Harris seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Burks falls off balance throwing a combination
and Harris counters with a body kick that stops Burks in his tracks momentarily.
Harris throws a low kick but it's checked well by Burks.
Burks waving his hands out in front of him, looking to distract Harris.
Harris throws the kick towards the body but Burks avoids it.

The fight moves into the clinch position.
Harris is trying to break the clinch but Burks is controlling him.

Harris seems frustrated at his inability to get double underhooks.
Burks pulls Harris into guard.

Harris wants to stand but Burks has a closed guard, so he can't escape.
Harris throws a big elbow that misses.
Harris passes Burks's left leg - he's now in half guard.
Harris perhaps working for something from half guard, or maybe not. It looks like he's just sitting there.
Harris prevents Burks from standing back up.
Burks gets full guard.
Cal Harris has got the better of the ground game so far.
Harris slips effortlessly into side control - very nice.
Harris wants to work for a kimura but he's foiled early by Burks, who protects the arm well.

Burks is trying to get back to his feet.
Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.
Harris has worked his way into a potential kimura here. Burks is trying to get out of the position but his squirming has just got him deeper into trouble. Harris yanks on the arm and Burks is forced to tap due to a very painful looking submission! Nice work by Harris.
