The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Yuber tries to score a power double leg takedown but Conway sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Yuber somewhat.
Conway blocks a jab.
Yuber tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in to close the distance. Conway manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat.
Yuber keeps the fight on the outside.

Yuber shoots in and scores a nice double leg takedown into half guard.
Conway wants to improve his position but Yuber is controlling well.
Conway trying to hold on to Yuber's head to control him but Yuber postures up.
Conway is trying to stand up here but Yuber is controlling him well.

Yuber is working for a kimura but Conway is defending it quite comfortably.
Yuber stops Conway from getting back to his feet.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Conway is looking for a sweep.
Yuber tries to advance to mount but can't.

Yuber moving around in side mount but really he's just happy to control for now.
Yuber looking to punish the body of his opponent here but Conway is avoiding damage well.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Yuber has hold of Conway's arm here. He's working for an Americana. It looks like he might have it! Conway tries to escape but he's just digging himself in deeper - Yuber cranks the arm and Conway screams in pain! The ref makes a decision and ends the fight before the tap - no complains from Conway, who is just happy to have his arm attached to his body.
