Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Freddy Steel (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Vladimir Petrov (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Petrov has been looking to improve his clinch game in recent weeks. Steel seems to have the measure of him in the clinch so far, so let's see if Petrov can turn it around.

Petrov tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
Petrov bobs and weaves and unloads with a good uppercut.

Jeez, Freddy Steel's cut is really nasty now. The referee must be thinking about getting that checked.
Petrov might want to mix his strikes up a bit more. He's just going for head shots at the moment and that can become a bit predictable.
Petrov takes a punch to the jaw and another one to the bread basket.
The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!

Vladimir Petrov spent the whole post fight interview bigging himself up. It didn't go down that well with the fans after a while as they thought it was a bit arrogant.
