These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

and Travos connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.

It looks like Mohamed Ali Said has been cut.
Travos should think about turning a few of those tyres round his middle into muscle if he wants people to take him seriously as an athlete.
Ali Said shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Travos but Travos pushes him off and we're back to square one.

Ali Said has Travos pressed up against the cage and is working for takedown. Travos manages to improve position though and keeps the fight standing.
The fighters are pressed against the cage, as the pace of the fight slows.

Ali Said pulls Travos into guard.
The referee must be thinking about standing these guys back up.

Ali Said working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Travos doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Travos manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Ali Said is working from a closed guard but he's struggling to control his opponent.

Travos content to sit in guard, stalling... Great. Oh but he could get punished here because Ali Said has locked up a guillotine! Ali Said's face is contorted as he sqeezes tight on the submission attempt - will he finish? Travos is holding on here and Ali Said must be using up a lot of energy. Travos has gone limp! He's out! He's out cold! Ali Said gets to his feet, tossing aside his stricken foe. Arms raised, he milks the applause from the crowd. Great submission!

Mohamed Ali Said took his opportunity to call for a title shot in his post fight interview.
Paul Travos was interviewed post fight and said 'After This loss, I claim I shall be back to molest my opponent's family members, and this loss was due tp my broken skull, and my shattered tibia, I hope you all understand my condition :('.
