The judges for this bout are Darius Henderson, Winston Howard and Bruno Hogan.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Hunt scores with a decent looking hook.
Good shot there by Hunt.
Nogueria doesn't manage to clinch there - Hunt circles away.
Hunt lands with a nice body punch.
Nogueria wants to clinch
and Hunt counters with a three punch combo that has Nogueria backing up. Nogueria nods at Hunt to acknowledge the strikes.

It looks like Antonio Rogerio Nogueria has been cut.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Hunt connects with a looping left hand that seems like it dazed Nogueria momentarily.
Horrible takedown by Nogueria or perhaps it was just good defense by Hunt which made him look bad.

Nogueria has his hands up protecting his head but a hook from Hunt finds it's way round the side to connect with Nogueria's head.

and Hunt counters with a left and a right that stings Nogueria.

Hunt shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in Nogueria's guard.
Hunt must be cautious of submissions here, given that his opponent has the superior Jiu Jitsu.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Nogueria is working actively from the bottom, looking for submissions. He's escaped his hips to the side and he's going for an armbar! Hunt has his hands clasped together but Nogueria extends and breaks Hunt's desperate grasp, forcing a tap out due to armbar! Nice BJJ displayed there by Nogueria.
