Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Lon Malone (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Delta Demon (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Delta Demon will no doubt be trying to keep this one on the feet, where he has a distinct advantage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Demon looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Malone is fending him off so far but Demon persists. Nope, Malone circles away and we're back to standing.
Demon throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Malone's waist but Malone gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Demon off to one side.
Demon throws a head kick that misses.
Demon misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out.
Lon Malone has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Delta Demon.
Malone fails with a takedown attempt.
A decent looking cross lands there for Demon.
Delta Demon seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Malone circles away from the clinch attempt

and Malone counters with a head kick that drops Demon to the mat! Demon scrambles across the canvas and gets back to his feet, still wobbly!
