The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Stewart shoots in but no luck this time.

Darion shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Let's see what he's got on the mat.
It looks like the ref is thinking about a standup.

Darion drops back for a leg but he's not going to get it - he lets go and Stewart dives on top into guard.
Darion utilising some decent striking defenses from the guard, preventing the ground and pound.

Darion looking for submissions from the bottom here. Moving his hips around, possibly looking for an armbar.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Stewart would like to get this fight back to the feet but can't get free from the closed guard.
Stewart is sitting in guard, working some ground and pound.

Darion is looking to cinch up a triangle. Stewart throws the leg off to one side though and gets in tight to Darion's body to avoid the submission. Darion has instead reached around Stewart's neck and now has a guillotine! Oh, this is biiiig trouble! Darion arches his back and squeezes and forces the tap from his hapless opponent.
