Will we see a standup war or will they both decide that a knockout is unlikely and try to win the fight elsewhere?

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Armstrong blocks a head kick by Brown.
Brown throws a wild body kick that Armstrong sees coming a mile off.
Brown tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
Armstrong has been talking about how he's improved his wrestling in the run up to the fight so let's see if that's enough to sway the balance.
Armstrong throws a nice looking combination but Brown bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.
Brown uses good footwork to avoid the strikes from Armstrong.
Brown throws a solid leg kick but Armstrong takes the impact on his shin and smiles at Brown.
Brown throws a nice inside leg kick.
Brown steps to the side to avoid the strikes from Armstrong.
Split Brown seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Brown thows a body kick. Armstrong tries to catch it but that hurt him.
Armstrong checks the leg kick nicely there.
Armstrong throws a looping overhand right but Brown ducks down to avoid it.
Armstrong moves out of range of the body kick.
Armstrong uses good head movement to avoid the hook from Brown.
Brown pulls out of a head kick attempt.

A solid leg kick lands there for Brown.
Brown throws a body kick that misses.

Armstrong feints and as Brown raises his hands in defense, Armstrong changes levels and drives through with a takedown into guard.
We may be looking at a referee standup if the pace doesn't pick up soon.
Armstrong works a leg free and moves into half guard.
Brown looks more muscular than last time we saw him. He must have been on the weights.

Armstrong is working for a submission of some sort.

Armstrong maintaining the dominant position here and is working for a kimura. He's locked it up! Brown could be in real trouble here! He's trying to wriggle out but Armstrong has cracked it and Brown is screaming in pain - he's tapped out! Great finish by Armstrong!
