Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Renato Santos (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Boris Topor (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Boris Topor told me before the fight that he's been watching a lot of DVDs so let's see if that helps him in this one! I can't wait to find out!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Topor misses with a wild combination.
Topor looks more muscular than last time we saw him. He must have been on the weights.
Topor scores with a punch to the head.
Topor lands a pitter patter jab to the forehead of his opponent.

Santos is rocked!

Santos shoots in and gets a takedown into half guard. Santos showed some decent athleticism there.
Topor is trying to stand up here but Santos is controlling him well.
Santos thows a huge punch but Topor dodges it nicely.
Topor tries to kick Santos off but Santos keeps his base steady and stays in half guard.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.

Santos is thinking about going for an arm triangle but he can't free his leg.
Topor keeping his head moving to avoid the ground and pound.

Santos is trying to work for a kimura but Topor is defending well.
Santos thumps the canvas. Not on purpose obviously - he just missed Topor's head.
Topor is trying to stand up here but Santos is controlling him well.
We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Topor can do anything to dispel that myth.

Topor pushes Santos off and gets back to his feet.

Oh Santos is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!

Topor lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Santos circles away quickly and effectively.

Topor scores with a reasonable looking shot to the body. Santos doesn't seem bothered though.
