Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Dozer tries to bum rush Machida with a series of wild strikes but Machida uses good footwork to avoid the assault.
Dozer looks to land a left hand but Machida moved out of range nicely.
Dozer scores with a jab to the body.
Machida takes a punch right to his stomach. That took the wind out of him momentarily.
Machida avoids a lazy jab quite easily.
Machida on the wrong end of an overhand right that came out of nowhere.
Machida pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Dozer misses with a series of wild punches.
Dozer throws out a token jab with nothing on it.
Dozer throws a right and a left that Machida avoids nicely.
Dozer lands with a nice low kick. That'll leave a bruise.

Machida looking to shoot here. He's gone for it and he's landed a takedown into side control! Oh, that's bad for Dozer!
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
We must be close to a standup if these guys don't pick up the pace.
Machida postures up a little and throws a couple of hammerfists but they don't connect properly.

Machida is looking to take a break and control but Dozer is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Dozer is in a tricky position but he's been working on his transitions down at HWP Forcefield, so we'll see if he gets out of it.

Machida swings around for an armbar but Dozer sees it coming a mile off and turns beautifully into Machida's guard.

Machida escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Dozer gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.

The ref stands the fighters back up. Kazuteru Machida was stalling too much, according to the referee.

Machida takes a really solid shot there but just smiles back and shrugs his shoulders.
Machida gets cracked with a nice right hand there by Dozer.

It looks like Kazuteru Machida has been cut.
Dozer lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.
Dozer tests Machida's chin there with a solid looking shot.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Dozer circles and sees the opportunity to plant his feet and throw a really nice straight left hand that drops Machida to the canvas! Machida doesn't know where he is but he's trying to survive - Dozer keeps piling on the pressure and forces the referee to step in! This one is aaaaaall over!
