Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Chick Liddell (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Max Fightmaster (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Liddell comes to the cage accompanied by Now you got something to die for. We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

The judges for this bout are Gwen Towbar, Tiny Johnson and Cecil Peabody.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Liddell steps to the side to avoid the strikes from Fightmaster.
Nice uppercut there from Fightmaster.
Fightmaster throws a nice looking combination but Liddell bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.
A combination from Fightmaster does no damage.
Liddell misses with a jab, cross combination.

and Fightmaster counters with a good low kick that Liddell was not able to check.
Liddell bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes.
Fightmaster works over Liddell's head and body with a nice combination.

and Liddell counters with a head kick. That will keep Fightmaster thinking before he tries any more sloppy attacks!
The fight stays on the outside here - Fightmaster looks like he's thinking about clinching though.

Fightmaster closes the distance and looks for a trip takedown... aaaand he's got it - Fightmaster lands in his opponent's guard.

The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so.
Liddell is working an open guard so Fightmaster takes the opportunity to get back to his feet.
Liddell gets in close and instigates a clinch.
Fightmaster on the defensive, avoiding the knees to the body.
Fightmaster tries to pull guard but Liddell holds him up against the cage and eventually Fightmaster drops back down to his feet.
Fightmaster is trying to slow down the pace of the fight but Liddell is keeping busy.
Liddell breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.
Fightmaster lands a jab-cross combination.

and Liddell counters by moving into the clinch. Good anticipation by Liddell.

Fightmaster tries to pull guard but Liddell holds him up against the cage and eventually Fightmaster drops back down to his feet.
Liddell manages to break the clinch.

Fightmaster misses with a double jab
and Liddell counters with a huge head kick that drops Fightmaster! The ref dives in to stop the fight and the crowd goes wild!
