Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Mikal Helio (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Ike Turner (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Helio kept the crowd waiting but all that was forgotten when his ring entrance music started. The incomparable musical genius that is Brazil National Anthem . Ike Turner has the power to score a knockout today if he connects clean with Mikal Helio's chin.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Turner displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from Helio.
Turner misses with a hook
and Helio counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.
Turner lands with a kick to the temple. Helio shrugs as if to say "is that all you've got?"

That was a close round but I would say that Mikal Helio will probably get the nod.

OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action. Let's hear some noise people - this is the final round!
Helio throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Turner's waist but Turner gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Helio off to one side.
Ike Turner seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Turner fakes and then throws a beautiful body shot. Helio looks a bit winded and takes a step backwards to take a breath.
Helio changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Turner tries to avoid it but Helio manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Turner to the ground. Turner escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.

Ike Turner comfortably won the final round on my scorecard.
