Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Homer Mullen (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Marcel Adur (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Marcel Adur will no doubt be trying to keep this one on the feet, where he has a distinct advantage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Adur tries to clinch up.

Mullen closes the distance and gets a trip takedown into side control. Adur quickly recovers to half guard.
We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake.
Adur is looking to control Mullen's leg but it's slowly edging free. Can Adur avoid being mounted?

Mullen postures up and decides to stand up, from the half guard. The ref calls for Adur to stand up.
Mullen stuffs the takedown attempt from Adur. Adur gets slowly back to his feet.

Adur tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion.
Mullen does a little shimmy and throws a leg kick. The leg kick missed by a considerable margin though, making him look a little bit silly for doing the shimmy.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Mullen thinks about going for a leg but decides against it, in order to maintain the position.
Mullen lands a couple of decent looking shots.

Mullen has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.

Mullen drops back looking for a leg! Adur is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Adur manages to kick Mullen off! Mullen jumps back into Adur's guard.
Mullen postures up and lands a big shot to Adur's brow.
Adur is trying to hold Mullen in close to prevent damage but Mullen has managed to pass into half guard.
Adur is looking to improve his position.

Mullen takes advantage of the dominant position to land a couple of big hammer fists.
Mullen content to control rather than advance.

Adur on the receiving end of some nice ground and pound.

Mullen seems like he's working for an arm triangle here. He's freed his trapped foot and he's rotating nicely. Adur is in big trouble! He's tapping out! This one is aaaaaaaaaaaall over!
