Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Rudolf Castile (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Cortland Cartwright (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). The crowd seem to be enjoying Cartwright's choice of entrance music: St. Anger. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Cartwright shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Castile but Castile pushes him off and we're back to square one.
Castile tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Cartwright was well out of range. Poor timing from Castile.
Cartwright takes a jab on the nose. He smiles like he loves it and keeps coming.
Cartwright keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.
Rudolf Castile seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Castile works Cartwright's body with a nice hook.

Cartwright working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Castile doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Castile manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Cartwright escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Castile gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.

Castile has his hands clasped together but Cartwright extends and breaks Castile's desperate grasp, forcing a tap out due to armbar! Nice BJJ displayed there by Cartwright.
