Mendes tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Sen was well out of range. Poor timing from Mendes.

Sen fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Mendes manages to avoid it.

Sen throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
Mendes tries to grapple but his opponent circles
and Sen counters with a nice low kick that buckles Mendes's knee momentarily.
Sen lands a nice leg kick that just misses Mendes's sensitive parts.

Sen fakes with a right hand and throws a good leg kick, right into the thigh. That had to hurt Mendes.

and Sen counters with a low kick, right behind Mendes 's knee.
Sen misses with a series of wild punches.
Jake Mendes seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Sen is pressed up against the cage. Mendes has hold of a leg and is looking to drag Sen down to the mat. Sen avoids the attempt though and has circled away. We're back to striking at a distance.

The fight stays on the outside here - Mendes looks like he's thinking about clinching though.

Sen takes an uppercut right on the jaw but it doesn't phase him.
Mendes tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Sen paws at him with a jab and circles away.
Sen ducks under a wild hook from Mendes.

A solid leg kick lands there for Sen.
Sloppy strikes from Sen. Those never looked like landing.
Sen doesn't react quick enough there as he takes a shot to the body.

OH! Mendes has been rocked by a huge right hand and is in deep trouble! Sen smells blood and charges in for the finish! Sen unloads a vicious overhand right and connects to the jaw of Mendes sending him face first to the canvas! Unbelievable!

A very excited looking Ahmet Sen rambled incoherently for about 5 minutes post fight about how awesome he is. It was kinda funny for a while but then everyone got annoyed.
