Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

2 - 1 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Camden Marks!
The judges for this bout are Seu Braga, Thiago Cunha and Luis Engracia.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Marks throws a head kick that misses.
Marks punishes Ben Faur's body with a nice straight punch.
Marks lands a lovely overhand right.
Marks throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Ben Faur.
Marks moves into range and clinches up with Ben Faur.
Ben Faur pulls guard.
The referee wants the fighters to be more active or he's going to reset them on the feet.
Marks postures up and lands some nice ground and pound.

Marks moves into side control, trying to work for a kimura. That looks painful! Will he finish!!?? No, Ben Faur has worked his arm free - good work by Ben Faur!
Marks decides to stand back up. Marks steps back and let's Ben Faur get back to his feet.

Marks lands a jab, followed by a cross and another cross, as Ben Faur backs up against the cage.
Marks goes to the watering hole and comes back with a big thumbs up from the judges as he scores a three punch combo.
Ben Faur closes the distance and clinches up with Marks, looking for a takedown. Ben Faur pushes Marks against the cage but Marks circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.
No joy there for Marks, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
Marks scores with a one two! Ben Faur had his feet all tangled up there and couldn't avoid the strikes.
Good leg kick by Marks there. It's the ones that make that thud noise that hurt and that was an almighty thud.

Marks misses with a series of wild punches.
Marks pushes forward with a 1-2 combination that forces Ben Faur back to the cage. Marks follows up with a solid lead hook to the liver.

Ben Faur throws a sloppy head kick and Marks moves out of range easily.

Ben Faur sees a low kick coming and goes to check it, but it's actually a body kick and it thuds into his unprotected ribs.
Marks connects with a looping left hand that seems like it dazed Ben Faur momentarily.

Marks breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
Marks pushes forward with a 1-2 combination that forces Ben Faur back to the cage. Marks follows up with a solid lead hook to the liver.

Ben Faur slips a jab and a cross from Marks.
Marks lands a pitter patter jab to the forehead of his opponent.
Ben Faur looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight.
Marks throws a series of strikes that have Ben Faur backpedaling.

Ben Faur darts in looking for a takedown but Marks gets double underhooks and turns Ben Faur into the cage.

Ben Faur is looking for a triangle but Marks pushes his legs off easily.
Marks wants to get up but he can't break Ben Faur's closed guard. He needs to be careful trying to break the legs open, as he's open to submissions here.
Marks sneaks a leg through and gets to half guard. That was like a knife through butter how easily he passed Ben Faur's guard.
Marks is trying to get back to his feet now but his leg is trapped.
Marks is controlling the pace.
Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.
Marks wants to stand but Ben Faur has hold of a leg and an arm, so he's trapped for now.

Marks throws a two punch combo that lands nicely.
Marks will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
Camden Marks is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.

Marks instigates a clinch.
Marks lands an uppercut.
Marks escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.

Marks throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.

Ben Faur tries to pull guard but Marks holds him up against the cage and eventually Ben Faur drops back down to his feet.
Marks throws a blind hook that connects with the side of Ben Faurs head.
Marks manages to break the clinch.
Marks throws a leg kick which misses Ben Faur's front leg but catches the back leg as Ben Faur tries to avoid it.
Sloppy strikes from Marks. Those never looked like landing.
Ben Faur tries to score a power double leg takedown but Marks sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Ben Faur somewhat.
Marks has worked on his takedown defense in the runup to this fight and it is paying off so far.

Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!

Ben Faur dives in and grabs Marks's left leg, looking for a takedown. Marks pushes down on Ben Faur's head and hops out.
