Matias comes to the cage accompanied by Killing In The Name. Bane has chosen Bad Blood as his entrance music. The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A head kick from Bane lands but Matias takes it in his stride.

It looks like Leighton Matias has been cut.
Bane looks to land a body kick but Matias moved away.
Bane throws a head kick but Matias moves out of range.
Matias tries to clinch up but Bane circles away and keeps his distance.
Leighton Matias seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Bane has Matias up against the cage in a clinch.
Bane lands a nice uppercut.
A knee to the head by Matias.

It looks like Blood Bane has been cut.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Matias misses with an elbow strike.
The referee is keeping an eye on Bane - much more stalling and he will separate the fighters.

Matias is looking to score with knees to the body. Maybe he'll change it up and go body then head. Bane is defending well for now.
Bane throws a punch but it's blocked by Matias.
Matias lands an elbow that stopped Bane in his tracks for a moment.
Come on Bane - let's have some action - none of this stalling nonsense.
Matias lands a knee to the head.

That has opened up Blood Bane's cut even more.
Matias throws a nice elbow but it doesn't land.
Matias lands an elbow inside that Bane shrugs off.

The cut above Blood Bane's eye is starting to cause him problems now.

Bane takes an elbow to the forehead.
Bane misses with some punches.
Matias tries to land knees in the clinch but Bane avoids the damage to the body.
Bane managing to block the knees to the body from Matias.
Matias wants to stall.
Bane avoiding damage as Matias throws knees to the body.
A frustrated look appears on Bane's face as he tries to break the clinch.

Matias is trying to stall.
Bane misses with a hook to the ribs.
Bane tries a shoulder strike but it doesn't do any damage.
Good anti-grappling being displayed by Matias as Bane tries to tie him up.
Matias comes over the top with an elbow. That landed flush.

Blood Bane's cut is absolute horrible now. This looks like something out of a horror film with blood covering both fighters.

The referee calls the doctor in to look at Blood Bane's cut. Oh no, the doctor has called an end to the bout!
