The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A combination from Daniels does no damage.
A jab from Daniels finds it's way through Tuivaga's defenses.

Daniels gets caught on his heels momentarily as he allows Tuivaga to score an easy takedown into full guard.
Daniels is trying to stand up but he's not managed so far.
Tuivaga trying to control but Daniels is working from the bottom.

Tuivaga prevents Daniels from getting back to his feet.

The ref stands the fighters back up. Tupou Tuivaga wasn't doing enough on the ground.

Tuivaga wants to clinch up but Daniels keeps it at a distance.
